Scope:
Enabling Works – A series of work within the live factory for the relocation of process equipment.
Relocation of environmentally sealed “Milk Rooms” structural steel and SIP’s panels.
New Hygienic high performance floor finishes installation. Temporary modular office and warehouse buildings
Construction Works – Demolition and bulk excavation. Drainage, CFA piling, reinforced concrete foundations, cellular beam pre-finished structural steel frame. High performance composite cladding, curtain walling and symphonic drainage. High tolerance concrete floor slab, Internal lining of walls noise containment, specialist hygienic finishes. Modification of existing abutting building to suit new production methods. Management & co-ordination of clients M&E and plant subcontractors.
Unusual aspects: Demanding client requiring “Best in Class” performance. Works completed in and around food production areas. Hygienic working methods to eliminate contamination risks. Works completed to suit client production needs and without affecting production. Early client possession of areas of building to enable early production equipment installation.
