Unusual aspects: Construction works was carried out around several ecological factors that remained undisturbed by our works. Close liaison with approved ecologists to ensure works were compliant with all licenses.
Several challenges were encountered throughout the works with existing ground makeups and assistance to the client to adapt their design to ensure the works could be delivered. additional requirements were identified by the designers throughout the project including the application of secondary insulation materials to RC works to mitigate the impacts of electrical interference.
