Scope: Setting out of all foundation works/kerb lines/stone level for HRA/Perimeter fencing
• Excavation of all works and backfilling of all excavations
• Supply, fixing and constructing of all necessary reinforcement works TX bases, switch room foundation and stores)
• Supply, install below ground earthing tape using neutral soils include welded joints/GPS joint locations/record test results
• Supply, lay all kerbs
• Supply, concrete fence ring beam and post foundations
• Supply, lay precast troughs/lids
• Supply, install fence posts and panels including main access entrance being double access gates (Lockable)
• Installation of Ducting and drainage systems including forming of new outfalls
Unusual aspects: Multiple interfaces with client subcontractors with works that would typically be within our scope and coordination with delivery of clients HV equipment and lifting operations simultaneously throughout the build process.
